Every device is tested against a full checklist covering battery health, screen condition, ports, keyboard, and overall functionality.
3. Honest Grading & Repair
Devices are repaired where needed and assigned a transparent condition grade (A–D) based on the inspection results — no surprises at checkout.
4. Quality Certification
Before shipping, every device is re-verified against its listed grade and backed by a minimum 30-day warranty.

Light signs of use, such as small scratches or minor marks, with 75–85% battery health and an excellent screen.
Visible signs of use with 65–74% battery health. Screen is in good condition and may show minor wear.
Heavy signs of use with 50–64% battery health. Fully functional, with limited included accessories.
